Cardboard machines are classified according to the structure and type of the forming machine and drying section. There are single fourdriner paperboard machines, multiple fourdrinier paperboard machines, mixed wire paperboard machines, and multi cylinder mold paperboard machines, with the latter being the most widely used.

Main models: 1092, 1575, 1760, 1880, 2100, 2400, 3800, 4000, 4200, 4600, 4800, 5000, 5200, 5600, etc.

Four wire forming part (air cushion headbox) - Φ 850/ Φ 850 vacuum pre-pressing - Φ 1350 double felt jumbo roller press - Φ 1350 double felt jumbo roller press - Φ 850/ Φ 850 bare press -68 sets Φ 1800 drying cylinder (drying part consists of 10+10+10+10+10+sizer+2+8+8) – 4-roll/2-nip soft calender - back coating – 2-stage drying oven - front coating – 3- stage drying oven – 4 nos of Φ 1500 chrome plated traction drying cylinder - front coating -2 stage drying oven -4 nos of Φ 1500 chrome plated traction drying cylinder -  4-roll/2-nip soft calender -2 units Φ 1500 chrome plated conditioning drying cylinder - horizontal pneumatic paper rolling machine – frame bottom threading paper rewinder

Lining layer 0.5~0.7%

Core layer 1.8-1.1%

Bottom layer 0.5~0.7%

Glue application amount: 3g/m ²/ Single sided (water and starch)

Coating amount: surface layer 2 × 12g/m ² Bottom 1 × 6g/m ²

Dryness value of each part: Composite dryness: 9-12%

Outgoing department: 20-22%

Extraction and pressing section: 43-46%

Paper production: 92-94%

Paper banner quantitative difference:<± 1.0%

Paper banner moisture difference: ≤ 0.5%

Web shrinkage: maximum 4%
